Advanced Particulate Scrubber Solutions : Our advanced Wet Scrubber system is engineered to tackle the challenges of particulate matter emissions in industrial processes. As a leading wet scrubber manufacturer in India, we provide cutting-edge solutions that improve air quality, reduce environmental impact, and ensure compliance with strict emission control standards across a wide range of industries.
Packed Bed Tower
Pollutant-laden gases enter the base of the packed tower and move upward, coming into contact with the scrubbing liquid flowing down through the packed column. As the gas rises and pollutant concentration decreases, fresher solvent is continuously available, ensuring efficient contaminant removal.
Any fine moisture droplets still present in the cleaned gas stream are captured by a mist eliminator. The scrubbing liquid from the eliminator is collected in an integrated reservoir and recirculated to the tower. Fresh liquid is added continuously, with reagent dosed on demand via a pH-controlled pump system.
This design makes it one of the most reliable wet scrubbers for air pollution control, widely used in industries where effective pollutant removal is critical.

Venturi Scrubber
The Venturi Scrubber design features a venturi throat followed by a liquid entrainment separator. Dust-laden gases enter the venturi, immediately interacting with the scrubbing liquid, which is tangentially introduced and swirls along the venturi’s converging walls. At the throat of the venturi, the gas and liquid collide, breaking the liquid into fine droplets that capture dust particles.
This gas-liquid mixture then flows through a flooded elbow and into the entrainment separator via a tangential inlet. Centrifugal force effectively removes the heavier particulate matter from the gas stream, making it an efficient scrubber for air pollution control.
Two Stage Scrubbers
Our two-stage wet scrubbers combine a “wet approach” Venturi with a liquid entrainment separator for maximum efficiency. As dust-laden gases enter the venturi, they come into immediate contact with scrubbing liquid, which is tangentially introduced and swirls along the converging venturi walls. At the throat, gas and liquid collide, breaking the liquid into fine droplets that effectively capture dust particles.
The resulting gas-liquid mixture then moves through a flooded elbow and into the entrainment separator via a tangential inlet. Centrifugal force removes the heavy, wetted particles from the gas stream. For larger diameter separators, a chevron-type mist eliminator baffle may be used to separate the liquid. The dust-laden liquid is discharged through the separator’s bottom drain, while the cleaned gas exits from the top.
This design ensures compliance with environmental standards while offering an effective air pollution scrubber solution for industries seeking reliable emission control.

How It Works
Venturi scrubbers are useful in the air pollution control market capturing freely suspended particulates and gas pollutants, their operation is a work of art. This is the way in which these systems work.
1. Venturi Chamber – High-Speed Collision Zone
Convergent Section – In this narrowing passage, dust and gas velocity southward increases vertically and pollutant breathing emissions are welcome. Throat Section – This is where the primary gush of the gas streams and hits a sprayer. It is at our primary gas stream, where the turbulence and velocity is our highest, on an axis squashed in the middle, a jet a scrubbing and high-pressure liquid nozzle, gas-dissociated comes in filled with high nebulizor for scrubs, which. The nebulizer in this segment proportionally fills up with the ds combust. In which, undergoing gas aggregation dust particles get absorbed, the nebulizer gas portion.
Divergent Section – In this segment and area of the jet, liquid filled up with dissolved gas, and dust particles, are thrown and separated out. The gasses then go down and thus, the velocity of the gas goes down and expands in the region downwards.
2. The Scrubbing Chamber – Further Cleansing
Cylindrical Chamber – The gas is then cleaned for the gas and the gas which is partially cleaned, comes from the side. This side is the which makes cyclones spin and this is done in with funnel and base to create. In which way funneling gas is cycloned down for which, the gas is cycloned. Mist Eliminator Pads – it is the last segment in these scrapers. The scrapers then become the cleared air removing which brings out a special layer, which are pads and thus.
3. The Role of Water In the Process
Recirculation – In a constant fashion for the stream, dust pads then of slurry which.
Water scrubs the dust captured with and and in for, then removing the fluid to.
How does the Particulate Scrubber help in controlling emissions?
Our Particulate Scrubber efficiently captures and removes particulate matter from industrial gas streams by using advanced liquid-gas interaction, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and improving air quality across various industries.
What are the key benefits of a Packed Bed Tower for industrial pollution control?
The Packed Bed Tower provides highly efficient removal of pollutants by using a continuous fresh scrubbing liquid to remove contaminants from rising gas streams. It offers excellent gas-liquid contact and is ideal for industries requiring stringent emission control.
How does the Venturi Scrubber achieve particulate removal?
The Venturi Scrubber relies on the high-velocity interaction between dust-laden gases and scrubbing liquid at the venturi throat, where dust particles are trapped by liquid droplets. The mixture is then separated using centrifugal force or a mist eliminator to remove dust efficiently.
What makes the Two Stage Scrubber more effective for challenging industrial environments?
The Two Stage Scrubber combines the venturi and liquid entrainment technologies, maximizing the capture of particulate matter and handling higher pollutant loads. Its two-stage design ensures high-efficiency dust removal, even for larger industrial applications.
What kind of pollutants can the Packed Bed Tower handle?
The Packed Bed Tower is effective for removing gaseous pollutants and particulate matter. It is particularly useful in industries dealing with chemical emissions, where contaminants are absorbed into the scrubbing liquid.
How can these scrubbers be customized to fit specific industrial needs?
Each of our scrubbers, including the Venturi, Packed Bed, and Two Stage Scrubbers, can be tailored to the specific requirements of your industry. From adjusting the scrubbing liquid type to sizing and material choice, our solutions are designed to meet your unique emission control challenges.
